Return Policy

SRL ECOSRUB IDNO:1004600060353 offers its customers a product return service in accordance with internal policies and applicable laws.

According to the Law of the Republic of Moldova No. 105-XV of 13.03.2003 “On Consumer Rights Protection,” it is possible to exchange any product for a similar one or return its value within 14 calendar days.

The 14-day period starts from the moment the goods became the property of the customer.

The consumer must bear the cost of returning the goods if they are withdrawn. Additional costs include any expenses (transportation, delivery, depreciation of goods, shipping fees, or any other costs) that the customer must pay to exercise their right of return.

Refunds for goods, if the customer does not wish to exchange them for another item (subject to stock availability), will be made as follows:
a) For legal entities – via bank transfer;
b) For individuals:

• in cash – for the paid amount of goods purchased in-store, regardless of the sum;
• via bank – for the amount paid by card.

Returned goods are accepted under the following conditions:

• no more than 14 days have passed since receipt;
• they match the technical specifications stated in the order;
• they were not specially ordered items;
• they were not customized at the customer’s request (e.g., cutting);
• no signs of impact or damage, including damage caused during transport by the customer or a contracted courier;
• no visible signs of wear;
• the product packaging and label are intact (the label is present and legible);
• returned in their original packaging (bag, roll, box, case, pallet, etc.);
• accompanied by all accessories belonging to the product;
• the goods were stored in proper conditions (according to technical descriptions, etc.).

Failure to meet the above conditions, as well as subjecting the product by any means to an unsatisfactory condition that prevents its resale, may result in refusal of return.

We will not accept returns if the packaging is deformed or damaged.
Goods must be returned in their original packaging, together with a fiscal receipt and/or invoice, as well as accompanying documentation (passport, user manual, technical documentation, warranty certificate and/or certificate of conformity) to our warehouse.
A return/exchange delivery-acceptance report will be prepared, describing the product, quantity, reason for return, and value, signed by the warehouse staff and the customer in two copies, one of which is provided to the customer.
